Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout our premises.

2. Dog Responsibility
Owners are fully responsible for their dog(s) and we do not accept responsibility for any injury or loss related to your dog(s).
Respectful Use: Please respect all facilities and equipment within the park. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the owner, and you may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

Field Condition: Kindly leave the field in good condition for the next user and ensure you take any waste or personal items with you upon departure.

3. Breed-Specific Requirements
Section 1 Dogs (including Pit Bulls and XL Bullies) that have completed the legal exemption process are welcome to use the park.
These dogs must be kept on a lead and muzzled until securely inside the field area, where they may be safely released.

When leaving, dogs must be leashed and muzzled again until they have exited the premises.

4. Safety & Security
The field is surrounded by 6-foot secure fencing for added safety.
We have taken all precautions to make the premises as secure as possible; however, please note that use of the premises is at your own risk.
Thank you for respecting our guidelines and helping us maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone. Enjoy your adventure!
Aqua Park Terms and Conditions

By booking a session at Zoomies Aqua Park you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Pool Hire & Use
When you book, please note that you are hiring the pool exclusively for yourself and your dogs. No other people or pets are permitted without prior arrangement.
To maintain our facilities, all dogs must arrive reasonably clean, with fur brushed to remove dirt and loose hair when possible.

Owners are allowed in the pool with their dogs; however, Zoomies takes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur as a result. We can provide lifejackets for dogs if needed.
If you arrive late, this will in turn reduce your session time.

2. Owner Responsibility
Owners are fully responsible for their dogs at all times on the premises.
Dogs must be kept on a lead except while in the pool. Once exiting the pool, please re-lead your dog.
Please clean up after your dog. If your dog has a toilet accident on-site, kindly use waste bags or ask us if you need one.

We make every effort to ensure that our premises are secure and safe; however, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury to any person, animal, or vehicles, howsoever caused, while on our premises.

3. Dog Health Requirements
Only dogs in good health and without injuries, illnesses, or contagious conditions (e.g., kennel cough, skin infections) may use the pool.

Dogs with any infectious or contagious conditions will not be permitted to enter the water.

4. Breed-Specific Requirements
Section 1 Dogs (including Pit Bulls and XL breeds) are welcome if they have completed the legal exemption process. They may book private sessions only and must be accompanied by their registered owner.
Muzzling and leashing are required at all times for Section 1 dogs, except when they are in the pool.

Owners of Section 1 dogs must have valid public liability insurance. Zoomies is fully insured to host these sessions.

5. Water Intoxication Awareness

Please be aware of the potential for water intoxication if dogs swallow large amounts of water while swimming or playing. This is rare, but we recommend monitoring your dog for any symptoms if they have been actively engaging with water.

6. General Safety
Please supervise your dog at all times to ensure they enjoy a safe and positive experience.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all!
Please Note: If the water temperature is below 12° then your session will be cancelled and refunded, it’s just that dogs can go into hypothermia shock.

7. Reschedules / Refunds / Cancellations
We have a 24-hour reschedule, refund, or cancellation policy.

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your swim, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule your session.
If you fail to attend your session, you will not be refunded.
Rescheduling or cancelling a session on the same day is not permitted.
